bt home hub connected but no internet access

I have tried restarting the hub, have done a factory reset, ive made a call from the landline and I can access all of the internet based apps through the TV. I have got a PC plugged direct into the hub - again no internet. My BT hub is connected to the internet but it is not showing up on Wifi.
